Please search for your proof by your Ebay user ID if you made your purchase on Ebay, or your order number if you made your purchase from our main website. Please review it carefully for any mistakes. While we strive to be as accurate as possible while customizing your order, we do occasionally make spelling and gramatical mistakes. For this reason, we e-mail proofs of all printable, personalized items prior to printing. We ask that you please check your proof carefully for any spelling, gramatical, or date mistakes as these are most often overlooked. Once you approve the proof, you are giving us the right to immediately print and process your order, and once printed, if mistakes are found, we WILL NOT refund you. Once your order arrives, if it contains mistakes that were evident in the approved proof, we will not offer a refund or replace the order at our expense. Again, please check your proof carefully before approving it.

Please Allow 48 Hours from the Time of Successful Payment for Your Proof to be Available for Viewing. Proofs are removed within 24 hours of final proof approval, and within 10 business days, if we have not received a response to the proof e-mail. At that time, we will either print and ship the order, or refund the purchase price, at our discretion if proof approval was not obtained.

We will not be responsible for late arriving orders, or orders that contain printing errors, if the proof was not approved, or was approved late.

You agree to accept all responsibility for any mistakes that were missed in the proof, and you agree to hold us harmless for these print errors on your final printed product, that were evident in the proof displayed when you clicked the proof link above. Because browsers interpret and display colors differently than printers do, there will be a difference in the color of the printed product. Silver and gold colors will not be metallic when printed. They will be matte, non-metallic gray and gold tones. If you need a service that offers metallic ink printing, please ask about a quote. We do have a partnership with a loal print shop, but they have separate prices, and are not directly affiliated with our website, or pricing structure.
