Our 1-800#
Over the past 6 years, we have found that 100% of all order questions and customer service issues can be taken care of via e-mail. We also learned that only around 5% of our customers were utilizing our 800#. As a result, we made the decision to discontinue the use of our 800#, and long distance. This decision has allowed us to maintain our low prices, which means we do not need to pass any additional cost onto you, our customers. Please include the design details in the space provided below. If you have seen a design on another site that you would like us to replicate, please provide the link as well. In most cases, we can have a sample e-mailed to you within a few hours. Please understand that we will provide only one sample at no charge. If you like the sample, but want to make changes to it, we will be happy to do that for you, once an order is placed and payment is received. After that, we will work on as many proofs as necessary for the design to be exactly what you need.
