Accepted Payments
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover payments through our secure merchant account. We also happily accept Money Orders and Personal Checks, as well as Paypal and Google Checkout. All orders paid for with a Personal Check will not be shipped until the check clears the bank. This can take up to 14 business days, depending on the bank, so please plan accordingly.

Proof Policy
A proof of your order will be made available to you within 72 hours of order placement (sooner for rush orders). The link to view your proof will be e-mailed to the address you used at the time of order placement. Please review your proof carefully for any mistakes, and notify us immediately if changes are needed. While we strive to be as accurate as possible while customizing your order, we do occasionally make spelling and grammatical mistakes. For this reason, we e-mail proofs of all printable, personalized items prior to printing. Once you approve the proof, you are giving us the right to immediately print and process your order, and once printed, if mistakes are found, we WILL NOT refund you. Once your order arrives, if it contains mistakes that were evident in the approved proof, we will not offer a refund or replace the order at our expense.
We will make 2 attempts to gain proof approval. If it has been more than 10 business days (less on rush orders), and you have not approved your proof, we will print and ship your order without approval. Orders that are printed and shipped without approval WILL NOT BE REFUNDED if there are mistakes once the order arrives. It is the customer's responsibility to respond to our proof e-mail, and ultimately approve the proof. Shipping times do not count processing time. Shipping times are estimates of the time your order will take to arrive once it is shipped. If there is a delay in receipt of your approval to print, this will increase the amount of time your order will take to reach you.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We will ship your order to the address on the billing receipt. We WILL NOT refund for orders that are shipped to the wrong address.
Standard Shipping $5.95 – Processing and printing of your order will take 3-7 business days. Your order will then be shipped via USPS 1st class, Parcel Post, or Priority mail, or UPS Ground at our discretion. Your order will arrive in approximately 1 week from the date of shipping. Rush It Shipping $10.95 – Processing and printing of your order will take 1-2 business days. Your order will then be shipped via Priority mail, or UPS Ground at our discretion. Your order will arrive in approximately 5 business days from the date of shipping. Can’t Wait Shipping $39.95 – Processing and printing of your non-candy order will take 1 day. Your order will then be shipped via Express mail, or an expedited UPS service, at our discretion. Your order will arrive either overnight or in 1-2 business days, depending on your zip code. This is the only shipping method with an on time delivery guarantee. (guarantee does not apply to chocolate orders)
While we will make every effort to ensure an on time delivery of your order, we are not responsible for delays that can delay receipt of your order such as a delay in proof approval, or carrier delays. For this reason, we will not refund for late arriving orders. If you need your order in 10 days or less, we strongly suggest the purchase of one of our expedited shipping methods. Chocolate orders are NOT GUARANTEED, no matter which delivery method is chosen, as we need at least 72 hours for procesing and asembly.
If proof approval for your order is obtained at the end of a week (Wed - Fri), then your order will ship out the following week (Mon - Wed). All chocolate orders are shipped out Monday - Wednesday only, unless an overnight delivery method was purchased. This is done to ensure the quickest, safest delivery possible. We include Delivery Confirmation with all of our Priority and Express mail orders, and we will e-mail you the tracking number within 24 hours of your order shipment. All Can't Wait orders (candy not inclued) are processed and shipped within 48 hours of payment and proof approval, excluding weekends and holidays.
A note about flat rate shipping: Our flat rate shipping charges DO NOT apply to paint cans, or wrapped candy bar orders. Due to the additional weight of these types of shipments, additional shipping charges will be required. Please contact us prior to placing your order for a shipping quote. Pick-Up and delivery is FREE on all local orders within a 35 mile radius of Augusta, Kansas. We make weekly deliveries to Wichita, every Friday afternoon.

Custom Designs
DDH Favors can create a unique, one of a kind design especially for your occasion or event. We no longer charge for this service, so please contact us if you do not see something on our site that will suit your needs. Many of our pages offer a Design your Own listing, and you can use this form to communicate your needs to us. All of our designs are available to fit the regular 1.55 oz. size HERSHEY’S® or Nestlé Crunch® bars. We can also adapt all of our designs for use on the HERSHEY’S Miniature® candy bars, Tic Tacs, Lifesavers, Lollipops, Matchbook Mints, and Hershey`s Kisses. Because there are literally thousands of designs that we can create for each type of candy, we have opted to focus our design time on the 1.55 oz candy bars. To place an order for any other type of candy, all you need to do is add the desired quantity of the products to your shopping cart, and then specify in the Personalization section of the Shopping Cart which design you would like for your wrappers to look like.
International Orders
We DO ship outside of the US. We use Global Priority Mail for all international shipments. Due to customs regulations, please allow up to 3 weeks for shipping to an address outside of the United States. We DO NOT ship chocolate bars out of the United States due to customs regulations and the possibility of the chocolate melting. We do ship candy wrappers, soap orders, birth announcements, etc. Please contact us for more information.
Cancellation/Refund Policies
Refunds are subject to the following terms: Order Cancellations
If the order is cancelled anytime prior to the first sample/proof being made available for viewing, a full refund will be given. If the order is cancelled for any reason after the first sample/proof has been made available for viewing, only 25% of the order total, as well as shipping costs, will be refunded.
Late Arriving Orders
If your order is placed, paid for, and approved in a timely manner, there should be no reason for your order to arrive late. If you need your order in less than 2 weeks, we offer several expedited shipping methods, and we encourage you to use them if time is of the essence.
On occasion, orders to get lost enroute to their destination, and in these extreme cases, we will replace your order free of charge, time permitting. If we are not made aware of the situation with enough time to replace the order, we will issue a store credit equal to the amount of your original order (orders of $30.00 or less only). If your order is more than $30.00, we will refund your order total, once we are reimbursed for the insurance claim. Error in Personalization on Printed Items
If the product you receive is printed with information that is different that what appeared in the approved proof, we will reprint your order at no additional cost to you.
If the error was evident in the proof, and you approved the proof with that error, you will need to pay for the printing of a new order. We will not offer a refund in this case. Please check your proof carefully! Melted or Damaged Chocolate
During the hot humid months of May – October, we strongly advise the purchase of candy wrappers only. The post office does not offer insurance to cover perishable items, so we can not take recourse against the post office for melted or damaged chocolate. If you are still interested in purchasing the candy from us during these months, you will need to purchase the Summer Packaging from the Candy and Assembly section of the site. This covers the cost of coolers/freezer bags and ice packs for order transit. Even with this extra precaution, we can not guarantee non-melted chocolate, as we have no control over the package handling. YOU ARE PURCHASING CHOCOLATE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Chocolate Bar Purchases
We do not suggest the purchase of assembled candy bars during the warm months of May - October. We strongly encourage the purchase of candy wrappers only during this time.
If you decide to purchase chocolate during these months, please keep the following tips in mind:
1. Please choose the Can't Wait shipping method for your order. This will ensure an overnight or 2nd day delivery of your order once shipped. The less time your order spends in transit, the better chance it will arrive unmelted. We strongly advise against choosing the Standard method of shipping. Neither the United States Postal Service nor UPS will insure against melted chocolate.
2. Have your order shipped to a location where someone will be available to bring it inside as soon as it arrives. Leaving chocolate to sit on a hot porch, even for a short time, can result in melted chocolate.
3. Be sure to purchase the Summer Packaging located in the Candy/Assembly section of the website. While it will not guarantee that your order won't melt, it will provide more protection against the heat. WE DO NOT REFUND FOR MELTED CHOCOLATE. If your order melts, and damages the candy wrappers, we will be happy to reprint and reship the candy wrappers only, at our expense. Replacement chocolate bars can be purchased at your local Wal-Mart, Sam's. or Costco for easy assembly once the replacement shipment arrives. Replacement candy wrappers will be shipped via Priority mail. If there is not enough time to reprint and ship the wrappers, we will offer store credit for the amount of the candy wrappers only.
