    How do I submit my personalization information after I place my order?
    Our shopping cart is equipped with space for entering your personalization information as you are placing your order. Each product page has the questions needed to complete your order displayed near the bottom of the page. Just complete the questions, and add the product to your cart.

    My shopping cart empties before I am able to place and pay for my order. Why is this happening?
    Our website requires the use of browser cookies for normal operation. If your browser settings are set any higher than the medium setting, or if you have an active pop-up blocker, everything you place in your shopping cart will disappear at checkout. Please adjust these settings before adding contents to your shopping cart, and refresh/reload the page for the new settings to take effect. These settings can be changed by clicking on the Tools tab at the top of your browser, and navigating to Internet Options, and then to Security.

    I would like for you to design my wrapper and then print them myself. Is this possible?
    YES!! We will be happy to create your candy wrapper for you, and e-mail a PDF or JPG file to you. You can then print as many candy wrappers of this design as you need!! Please Click Here for all the details.

    Is there a minimum amount of wrappers I must purchase?
    Unless otherwise noted in the listing, all of our candy wrappers, favors, and gifts are individually priced, so that you may purchase only the amount needed for your special occasion. You can mix and match the designs to suit your needs, and we will always combine the shipping to save you as much money as possible.

    What type of candy bars do your wrappers fit?
    We currently offer wrappers for the regular 1.55 oz. size HERSHEY’S® Milk Chocolate bars, HERSHEY’S ® Miniatures and the Hershey's Treasures.

    Do you include the candy bars with the wrappers?
    Yes, you can order wrapped bars or just the wrappers only and buy your own candy. During the warmer months, it is advised that you purchase just the wrappers to prevent melted chocolate.

    Do you sell the colored foil for the candy bars?
    Yes. We have several colors to choose from, and you can see the foil choices by clicking on the Foil subcategory under Candy and Assembly on the left side of the page. By purchasing the foil, you will still get the “classic” look of the old foil style bars previously offered by HERSHEY’S® and Nestlé Crunch®. If you are trying to save money, we also offer the option of creating your wrapper long enough to cover the entire candy bar, including the ends.     If I order wrappers only, how do I wrap the candy?
    To wrap your candy bars, please use the following guidelines:.

    1. To assemble your wrappers, use regular Scotch brand double-sided tape. Do not use the new removable brand as it does not stick well! We do not recommend using glue of any kind as this is too messy and time consuming, and the wrappers will not stick until completely dry.
    2. Use one piece of tape to attach the wrapper to the back of the candy bar, and then one more to attach the other side of the wrapper once wrapped. This will make sure that the wrapper stays put when passed out to your guests.
    3. Keep your newly created candy creations safe from hot weather and dampness. Although the ink is waterproof, the paper is not. Don’t forget, chocolate melts, so if you are taking your candy to an event location, we recommend placing the wrapped bars in plastic zip-lock bags, and then placing in an iced cooler.

    If I don`t see a design that fits my needs, do you do custom orders?
    Yes, we can either adapt one of the designs found on our website by changing the colors, wording, font styles, etc, or we can create a custom design from scratch to suit your individual tastes and event needs. We do not charge a fee for this service, however, we do reserve the right to charge a $2.00 fee for each change you desire after three initial changes have been made. To place a custom wrapper order, Contact Us and we will begin working on your custom order right away.

    Does your company have any advertising listed on your products?
    The answer to this is, yes. All companies advertise on their products, and our products are no exception. All of our products will contain a small 7 point font link that says: Created By: www.ddhfavors.com somewhere on the product. On candy wrappers, this link will be on the bottom of the back on most designs, and on matchbook mints, it will be on the front, where the staple attaches the mint to the book. This link may not be present in the proofs that we send, but it will be on the final printed product. We receive the majority of our business from word of mouth advertising, so this link is non-negotiable, and has not been a problem for any of our customers in the past.

    Can I add a photo or logo to my design?
    Yes. You can email your photo or logo to Customer Service in either a .jpg or .bmp format, or you can send it by regular mail and we will scan your photo and return your original unharmed. We do add a $5.00 scanning fee to all orders if a photo or logo was mailed in.

    Do you send a proof of my order before you print it?
    Yes, we will email you a full-color proof for your approval prior to printing. WE WILL E-MAIL YOUR PROOF TWICE. Please make sure you provide us with a valid e-mail address and to get in touch with us in a timely manner. All proofs are e-mailed to the Paypal registered e-mail address, unless you specify otherwise. Please make sure that you check your proof carefully for any mistakes. Common mistakes include spelling errors, incorrect dates and times, and even locations. *Once your approval has been received, we will begin printing your order. If you find a mistake after we have printed your order, there will be a full charge to reprint the order. **Please note that we do place an advertising link on all of our printed products, and this link may or may not be present on your proof. If it is a rush order, this link is often left off of the proof, so we can focus on the design changes, and have the orders delivered in a timely manner. The link WILL be on the final printed product. Please refer to the question on this page that discusses our advertising link for more information. *If your order is needed in less than 2 weeks, and we have made 2 approval attempts, and have heard nothing from you, we will print and ship your order as it appeared in the 2 approvals we sent. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GRANTED ON ANY OF THESE ORDERS, EVEN IF MISTAKES ARE PRESENT. As mentioned above, it is your responsibility to provide us with a valid e-mail address when you place your order, and to contact us in a timely maner.

    Will the printed product colors be exactly the same as those in the proof I received?
    The simple answer to this question is no. Because browsers interpret and display colors differently than printers do, there will be a difference in the color of the printed product. The only way you can achieve a perfect color match is to work directly with a local print shop.

    Please note: We use a professional color laser printer, which prints using matte toner. Silver and gold colors will not be metallic when printed. They will be matte, non-metallic gray and gold tones. If you need a service that offers metallic ink printing, please ask about a quote. We do have a partnership with a local print shop, but they have separate prices, and are not directly affiliated with our website, or pricing structure.

    Can I make changes to my order after I have approved it?
    By approving the proof, you give us the right to immediately print and process your order. If your order has not been printed you may make additional changes and request another proof. If your order has been printed and you need to make changes you will be charged full price for the new order to be printed. If the reprint is due to an error on our part, we of course will not charge you.

    Can I cancel my order?
    You may cancel your order anytime prior to us making the first sample/proof available for viewing, and you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your order for any reason after we have worked on the design, and made a sample/proof available for viewing, we will only refund 25% of the order total, as well as shipping costs. 75% of the work involved is design time, and this portion will not be refunded if we have worked on your order.

    When will I receive my order?
    Processing of all wrapper/label only orders (no candy) is subject to the following time frame:
    Processing and Printing Time - 3 business days on most orders. Large orders, including all wrapped candy bar orders, will require additional time. Chocolate orders are shipped Monday - Wednesday only, unless an overnight delivery method is purchased. To calculate your estimated delivery date, add 3 days to the longest number of days required for the delivery method you have chosen.

    Example: You place your order on 5/10/2007 and opt to have your order shipped via 1st class mail. Processing and printing will take 3 business days once approved, and the longest number of shipping days is 10 days. You can expect your order to be delivered in approximately 13 business days from the date you approve your order.

    Please note, shipment times shown above are based on the time it will take your order to reach you, once it has been processed, printed, and shipped. Times shown above are not based on the order date, they are based on the date your order is shipped. Printing and shipping is not possible until you have approved your order. We will still need at least 72 hours to process and print your order, in addition to shipping time.


    If you need your order in 2 weeks or less, we strongly encourage you to upgrade your shipping method. We will not offer refunds on any orders that do not arrive in time. Store credit may be given, but that is solely at our discretion.

    I`m in a hurry. Can you rush my order?
    Yes, we can. We currently offer 2 rush shipping options. Our RUSH IT service is $10.95, and will have your order to you in 5 business days from the date you approve your order, via USPS Priority mail, or UPS ground service. Our CAN'T WAIT rush service is $39.95, and will have your order proofed, and printed in 24 hours or less, and includes Express mail charges. Express mail is either an overnight or 2 day delivery service, depending on the post office's service commitments to your zip code. Weekends and holidays are NOT business days.
    If you choose another shipping method, we will do everything in our power to have your order to you on time, however, we will not replace or refund any order that does not arrive on time if our CAN'T WAIT RUSH shipping service is not used. EXPRESS MAIL and UPS EXPEDITED SHIPPING SERVICES (our CAN'T WAIT shipping service) ARE THE ONLY SHIPPING SERVICES WE WILL GUARANTEE.
    Please note: Wrapped chocolate orders CAN NOT be expedited for $39.95; due to the weight of the package, additional charges will be invoiced, after your order is received. If you need your wrapped chocolate order in less than 10 days, we recommend purchasing candy wrappers only, and assembling the candy bars once the wrappers arrive.
    We have just added a new option for receiving your candy wrappers. We will design your wrapper and e-mail a PDF file to you within 24 hours of receipt of payment and proof approval. Then, you can print as many wrappers as you would like. Please Click Here for all the details. This is an excellent alternative for anyone in a rush.

    Do you offer refunds?
    Refunds are not offered on personalized merchandise, unless there was an error in text on our part. If there is a text error on the final printed product, that was previously correct in the proof, we will reprint your order at no additional cost to you. If the proof was approved, with errors, we will gladly reprint your order, at your expense. We will not reprint your order for free, or offer a refund, so please check your proof carefully. Orders that are printed and shipped without approval WILL NOT BE REFUNDED if there are mistakes once the order arrives. It is the customer's responsibility to respond to our proof e-mail, and ultimately approve the proof.< We also DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges on candy bars melted or damaged during shipment. We strongly advise that you purchase candy wrappers only, and then purchase the candy and wrap them yourself during the summer months. If you are still interested in purchasing the candy from us, we can add a summer packaging fee of $7.00 to your candy bar order. This covers the cost of coolers and ice packs needed to make every effort to prevent your candy from melting in transit, but is still no giarantee during the hot hunmid months of the year.
